Our textiles are produced by skilled craftspeople in India. Variations are inherent to our small batch, artisanal production processes of hand block printing, embroidery and weaving. We embrace the irregularities as part of our design aesthetic. We take pride in the high quality of our textiles, which are inspected thoroughly before they come your way.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes. We request a 3-yard minimum. You could purchase less, with an added $25 cut fee. The exception is our Soho pattern. Due to the handmade Shibori making process, this fabric is only sold in 5-yard increments.
Do you stock your textiles?
Yes. All our textiles are stocked. Our primary warehouse is in Bangalore, India and we have an additional, smaller warehouse in Daly City, CA.
Do you provide trade pricing?
Yes. We offer trade pricing. You must be registered with us directly HERE or with our showroom representatives to place orders for textiles and request memo samples.
Do you offer textiles for Hospitality projects?
Our core textile line is not intended for Hospitality usage. We have the ability to translate our designs to textiles that are appropriate for Hospitality projects. Please contact us with details of your project and we will be happy to help.
Do you apply special treatments to your textiles?
No. Our textiles do not have any treatment, other than a heat-set finish. Clients have successfully treated our textiles for FR and Stain treatment. Please contact us for more details.
Are custom colors possible?
Yes. Our textiles are customizable. There is a 20-yard minimum, a strike-off fee and an upcharge. Typically, custom orders require 8-10 weeks. Please contact us and we will work with you on customization.
What are the care instructions for your textiles?
Dry cleaning is recommended and should be done by a reputable cleaner specializing in home furnishings. Always advise the dry cleaner of the fiber content of the textile, prior to any treatment.
Paid orders are considered final. Our high quality handcrafted textiles are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. If you believe the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us before cutting. Textiles that have been cut will not be accepted.
